| For pre-order items, we require a 10%
deposit and balance within 10 days of notification that your order is
in. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If payment is not received in 10 days your item will be sold. If pre-order deposit is not received in 10 days, the pre-order will be not be placed. Payment via check, money order, or PayPal require a 10% deposit! Credit card orders are NOT charged until
dolls are shipped. Credit card preorders will be charged
a 10% cancellation fee. |
| Returns are
accepted only for items received damaged, if you have
received a damaged item, it will be replaced with the exact same item. Returns must be made within 15 days of receipt! A pre-authorization number will be needed for your return. |
| Shipping charges are
at our cost....whatever they chare us is what we charge
you...no handling fees. We use both UPS and US Priority Mail. Because we
sell dolls from 3" to 36" it is impossible to
post shipping charges; International packages are shipped
via the United States Post Office Priority Mail
